Terms of Use

Who can play

You may use our games if you can enter into a binding agreement where you live, or with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The games are licensed to you, not sold.

If you downloaded a game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to it. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the game or its support.

Fair play

When you play our games, please do not:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer them, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, exploits or software that changes how the game works;
• interfere with our servers or with other players’ games;
• sell, rent or trade accounts, progress or virtual items outside the game;
• choose names or share content that is offensive, unlawful or belongs to someone else;
• use the games for anything illegal.

Purchases and virtual items

Some games let you buy virtual currency, items or extra features. These are licensed for use inside the game, have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be exchanged for money. Consumable items are used up when you spend them.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, so refund requests go to them: App Store, Google Play. If something you paid for does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out. Nothing in these terms takes away refund or withdrawal rights the law gives you.

Ads

Free games may show ads. Some ads are optional and give you an in-game reward for watching; if a reward does not arrive, let us know.

Your content

If a game lets you choose a name or share something, for example on a leaderboard, it stays yours, and you allow us to show it inside the game. We may remove names or content that break these terms.

Our rights

The games, including their code, art, music, characters and the Arca Magica name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence above. You are welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos, including on streaming and video sites, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

Other companies’ services

Our games can include services from other companies, which the Privacy Policy lists for each game. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. Store accounts, Game Center and Google Play Games are run by Apple and Google.

Updates and availability

We keep improving our games, so features, content and prices can change. We may stop offering a game or its online features; when we do, we will try to give notice in the game or on this site first. Where the law requires us to provide updates, we will.

Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as our rights, liability and governing law, still apply afterwards.

No guarantees

We work hard to make our games fun and reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be free of errors or always available. If you are a consumer, you keep every right consumer law gives you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of progress or virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you can also go to the courts where you live and keep the protection of your local consumer law. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to consumer arbitration committees within the limits set by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change is significant we will tell you in the game or on this site before it applies. If you keep playing after it applies, the new terms apply to you.
